We recently dealt with Delta Glass to manage our mirrors and glass partitions for our gym facility in Squamish. To start this project, Rav came up after hours of operation and final measured everything that needed to be done. From start to finish, we were exceptionally pleased with the customer service that Rav and Delta Glass provided. This kind of service is appreciated and is recognized as elite customer service and care when it comes to accommodating clients. It is one of the better experiences we had, as we deal with many trades while building this facility.

We recently had two shower enclosures and three vanity mirrors installed by Delta Glass. From the first visit to the showroom, to the final installation, everything was exceptional. Gord and his staff are very experienced and knowledgeable. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail and level of workmanship.

Brad (the estimator) spent several hours taking precise measurements and provided valuable suggestions, while the work, completed by Rex and Derek (the installers), exceeded our expectations.

We would use Delta Glass again and will recommend them to our friends and family.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Delta Glass, and Phil & Daykin, the 2 man team that worked well together to do the glass replacement at our home at 2828 24th Avenue East on Sept 7th. Thank you to Mike as well, who came to do measurements and estimate.

The install team arrived on time, were courteous and respectful of the home, fit the right window glass, were diligent and working quickly, left no mess, and cleaned up well. All nice guys, and as far as I can see, they did a very good job. The one thing I could have asked when ordering the glass was if there is a glass that provides more sound proofing than others, but maybe only in triple glazed. Many thanks!

Enhances overall look of bathroom – Fantastic Job!

Recently, we had our master bathroom shower renovated. Our contractor, Morgan Jensen, purchased the glass surround from your company. First, we want to say how wonderful the glass surround looks. It is beautiful and truly enhances the overall look of the bathroom.

We also wanted to mention what a great team of employees you have. The first fellow who came to take measurements was so polite and even thought to ask if we wanted some glass shelves, which we hadn’t even considered. We are so thankful he asked, because they are a great addition to our shower.

Harry and Phil brought us the completed surround and then did the installation. They were so kind and very respectful of our home, removing their shoes and bringing in the glass pieces with great care and attention. Even though we were their last installation for the day, and on a day that was extremely hot, they never complained and worked diligently. Unfortunately, because the door for the surround did not fit precisely, they could not finish the job and had to take it back with them to be adjusted. They were very apologetic and assured us that the correction would be made and the completion of the installation would be done as soon as possible.

It was only a few days later, when Rav came to install the adjusted door. What a great guy! He was so pleasant and meticulous, and he did a fantastic job. He finished off by thoroughly cleaning each glass panel, until they sparkled. We could tell what a true professional he is, by his workmanship and communication skills.

We felt so good about the work that was done and the look and quality of the glass surround that we just had to write and tell you about our positive experience. You can be sure that we will be recommending your company to others, in the future.

Hi Gord, just a quick note to let you know that your company is being very well represented by “Rex” and his installation Team. As a business owner I know the value of having a Good Team working for/with me. As is often the case, we only hear about the bad stuff; the complaints from customers but I wanted to let you know that yesterday, while installing railings and a shower enclosure in our home, Rex and James did a great job and represented your company very well.

Wonderful Job

We purchased a new dining room set recently & it was suggested to us to get a piece of glass for the table top so we wouldn’t have to cover it with a table cloth. Checked out a few companies and Delta Glass was the most reasonable.

Extremely happy with the final results

Hi Rav, we recently had two beautiful sliding glass shower doors installed by Delta Glass. From the beginning, we received great advice in designing our custom sliding glass shower doors. After the installation, we were extremely happy with the final results. Absolutely gorgeous! There was one glitch with the sliding mechanism, but after one quick phone call, Rav came within one day and was able to fix the issue in 5 minutes – now that’s called excellent customer service! We are so happy with Delta Glass, we will definitely use them again!

Thanks for a job well done

This morning – Rav, Derek, and Brad installed our new glass shower wall. They arrived promptly and worked quickly to install the 1/2 inch thick piece of glass measuring 9 feet tall and weighing in at 193 pounds! They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The installation is frameless, the glazing track is hidden, and the silicone is virtually invisible. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result.

Please know that this is the third time over the years that we have chosen Delta Glass for home renovation glazing and once again you did not disappoint.

For your information, we received 3 quotes and yours was the lowest. See you on our next reno!

On August 26th, your company supplied and had your workmen install two sealed unit windows in my home. I want to thank all of your staff involved in this, most sincerely. Everyone was very pleasant, polite and completely professional, and the work done by your men was the very best.
